Our digitally printed styrene signs are created on lightweight yet resilient 0.06" white polystyrene sheets measuring up to 4′ x 8′, accommodating multiple designs efficiently on a single sheet for streamlined production. Available in full-color CMYK printing with full bleed, these signs can be printed single-sided or double-sided to maximize visibility from all angles.
Features
Material: Styrene is a flexible, high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) plastic that balances durability with lightness, making it easy to store and transport. Its smooth surface allows for vivid, high-resolution printing with UV-cured inks that resist fading for 3-5 years when used outdoors.
Sizes & Customization: Standard maximum size is 48″ x 96″, with custom sizes available. Signs larger than 32″x48″ or those with combined height plus width exceeding 81" ship via freight and require a commercial address.
Printing Quality: Full-color digital printing ensures sharp, vibrant graphics, suitable for photos, artwork, logos, and text. Double-sided printing allows different images on each side if desired.
Applications: Ideal for trade show displays, menu boards, directional signage, and retail point-of-purchase displays. Suitable primarily for indoor use, but can be used outdoors with careful installation and maintenance.
Mounting Options: Can be finished with drilled holes, grommets, or various mounting hardware for versatile display possibilities.
