Our custom feather flags are printed on durable, weather-resistant 100% polyester fabric specifically designed for flags, using exceptional dye-sublimation with UV-resistant inks that ensure full-color, edge-to-edge vibrancy, including the pole sleeve. Each flag is engineered to remain open and taut outdoors—never folding or curling—thanks to a reinforced, flexible composite pole and top whip, with a clip at the bottom for secure attachment even in calm or windy conditions.

Printing achieves over 95% ink saturation, producing a vivid image on the front and a mirrored effect on the reverse. The dye-sublimation process also significantly reduces fading, making these flags ideal for extended outdoor use. Artwork and messaging are fully customized to your requirements, with artwork extending to the sleeve for enhanced visibility.

Each kit includes:

• A custom printed flag in vibrant colors

• A pole set (composite, reinforced, and suitable for outdoor conditions)

• A ground stake base with a sealed bearing receiver for a 360-degree turning radius, preventing the flag from wrapping and minimizing hardware wear

• A canvas carrying case for easy transport

Optional extras:

• Cross base and weight donut for stable display indoors or on hard surfaces

Flags are available in heights of 10′ and 13′ (including hardware), with single-sided flags offering a subtle mirrored image on the back due to the high ink saturation.

For perfect color accuracy, Pantone matching can be requested for $50 per color, recommended due to slight variations inherent in dye-sublimation. Color proofs are advised.

Care Instructions

To maintain print vibrancy, do not wash unless necessary; if required, use cold water and mild detergent, understanding this may darken ink and remove the material’s satin finish. Bring flags indoors during winds above 30 mph for maximum longevity; the ground stake need not be removed.

Art Specs

• Recommended formats: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, TIFF

• Design at full print size, plus 1” bleed on all sides (e.g., 38”x96” for a 3’x8’ flag)

• Minimum 100 ppi at final size (e.g., 24”x24” requires at least 2400×2400 pixels)
